Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will grant you total authority over your e-mail accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-use interface, you can create a brand new mail account in no time and manage its settings with ease. What's more, you can redirect mails from one email box to another, configure mail filters, create auto-response messages and defend your email boxes against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mail box accounts against spam mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired emails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a given e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mail messages based on specific rules set by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and choose the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mail messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Just specify the e-mail box you want to redirect electronic mails from, then select the target e-mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you want to set up on your computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
